HS Football: Pearland defeats Alvin
In the final game of the regular season, Pearland defeated Alvin 48-22 in District 24-5A high school football action on Friday.
With the win, the Oilers finish the regular season at 8-2 and 6-1 in district play.
Chase Miller rushed for 142 yards and two touchdowns in the victory.
The Yellowjackets finish the regular season at 4-6 and 2-5 in district play.
John McDowell rushed for 88 yards and one touchdown in the loss.
