Pearland resident sued over claims he stabbed co-worker
A Pearland resident is being sued over claims he stabbed a co-worker nine times during performed at an apartment complex in La Porte.
Mario Molina filed a lawsuit on Sept. 28 in the Harris County District Court against Tammy Jay Apartments, Pearland resident Juan Hernandez, Jr. and Juan Hernandez V, citing assault and negligence.
As an employee of Tammy Jay Apartments, under the direct supervision of Hernandez, Jr. and Hernandez V, Molina says he was stabbed nine times on Oct. 15, 2009, in the parking lot of an apartment in Pearland, located on O’Day Road.
According to the brief, prior to the incident the men argued over work performed at a LaPorte apartment complex.
Molina is seeking compensatory and punitive damages, as well as court costs. He is being represented in the case by Cristobal Galindo.
