Pearland scored four times in the last inning to register a 4-3 win over Memorial in the Class 5A Regional quarterfinal high school girls softball action on Friday.

Each squad had eight hits, but Pearland's big inning was enough for the win.

Pitcher Brooke Dubois picked up the victory.

The win ups Pearland to 29-12 overall and 11-13 in district play.

The loss drops Memorial to 13-11 overall and 6-4 in district play.

Lauren McLary took the loss.
