Pearland Dennys sued over fall
A woman is suing her employer, Dennys Restaurant, alleging it failed to provide a safe work environment.
Diane Branson filed a lawsuit on Nov. 4 in the Harris County District Court against Dennys Restaurant stating it failed to provide her a safe work environment.
Branson alleges that while at work, she slipped and fell on a foreign substance. As a result of Dennys negligence, she suffered disfigurement, physical impairment, limitation of activities, and loss of enjoyment of life.
It was the responsibility of Dennys, she says, to maintain the premises for safety.
Branson is seeking compensatory and punitive damages, as well as court costs. She is being represented by Houston attorney Vuk Vujasinovic.
