Southern Trails opens new garden estates section

Southern Trails is adding sites to Garden Estates, featuring homes priced from the $220’s.

Southern Trails is celebrating the grand opening of a brand-new section of homesites in its popular Garden Estates enclave. This new section accommodates homes up to 60 feet in width, offering more flexibility and design possibilities. The Garden Estates section features homes by Ashton Woods and Perry Homes priced from the $220,000s.

“Houston’s job and population growth, low interest rates on mortgage loans, and rising rents continue to drive strong housing demand, and Southern Trails is ready to meet buyer demand,” said Justine Klinke, development director for Forestar.

Ashton Woods offers a wide selection of floor plan designs ranging in size from 1,800 to over 2,900 square feet. Perry Homes showcases a collection of new home designs ranging in size from 2,500 to 4,000 square feet. Both builders offer a variety of one- and two-story designs with many custom options and opportunities to personalize the home.

Southern Trails is situated in Pearland, one mile west of state Highway 288 on FM 518 and convenient to the nearby shopping of the Pearland Town Center. The 523-acre community is thoughtfully designed with amenities appealing to children and adults alike.
