    Synagogues and Jewish centers throughout the Clear Lake and northern Brazoria County areas have announced special services for Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year, which begins at sundown Wednesday. The Pearland Jewish Center will host services at The Courtyard-Marriott Hotel at Pearland Town Center, 11200 Broadway in Pearland.
