Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, May 16

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Thursday, May 16:

Troy Allyn Wildins was indicted in the 435th District Court on a charge of theft.

Wildins is 28 years old, and resides in the 10300 Cypresswood, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Friday, Nov. 30. Wildins was arrested that same day.

William Rene McLellan is Wildins' attorney.



Julio Reyes Bonilla was indicted in the 9th District Court on a charge of driving while intoxicated (3rd or more).

Bonilla is 36 years old, and resides in the 1003 Bissonett, No. 4018, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Feb. 23. Bonilla was arrested that same day.

Jesse J. Herrera is Bonilla's attorney.

David Eugene Bath was indicted in the 435th District Court on a charge of .

Bath is 53 years old, and resides in the 10950 Beamount Highway, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Friday, June 22. Bath was arrested Saturday, June 23.

Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, May 14

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Tuesday, May 14:

Dominique Jamon Coleman was indicted in the 410th District Court on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

Coleman is 22 years old, and resides in the 14403 Ella Blvd., Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Wednesday, Feb. 27. Coleman was arrested Thursday, March 7.
