Martir Jeovanny Cruz, of Houston, was charged with a class C misdemeanor (speeding). The incident took place on July 26. Cruz, born June 2, 1984, is a 5-foot-4 male. The case number is 12-JCR11-02001.

Michael B. Taylor, of Houston, was charged with a traffic midemeanor ("changed lane when unsafe"). The incident took place on July 3. Taylor, born Jan. 17, 1968, is a 6-foot male. The defense attorney is Donald W Linnenbank. The case number is 12-JCR11-01994.

Jeremy Bert McCullough released

Jeremy Bert McCullough was released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriffâ€˜s Office. McCullough is listed as living at 2107 Yupon in (77581). Bond for Mr. McCullough was set at $40,000. He was reportedly arrested on July 12, 2012 on one charge of theft between $1,500 and $20,000. Read more...
