Driving south along Pearland Parkway this morning, I noticed that the new traffic signal at the John Lizer Road intersection has power, with the lights facing the parkway set to flashing red.
The signal is not turned on yet for traffic coming either way on John Lizer. For now, the intersection still operates as a four-way stop, but things seem to be shaping up for the signal to be functional this week.
