Cecily Charles HonoredCecily Charles, a junior at Manvel High School, was honored at a recent school board meeting for receiving the Steve Harvey Disney Dreamer Award. She was selected as one of 100 students from across the nation to attend the third annual Disney's Dreamers Academy sponsored by comedian Steve Harvey. Cecily and her teacher Victoria Satterwhite, who is pictured with her, received an all expense paid trip to Walt Disney World in February as part of the award. Cecily plans to pursue a career in graphic design and visual effects.
