PEDC to review year's events at luncheon

    By Anna-Megan Raley

The Pearland Economic Development Corp. will report at a luncheon Wednesday on its work this year.

The luncheon by the Pearland Chamber of Commerce will be at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 18 at at the Golfcrest Country Club, 2509 Country Club Drive.

The PEDC's assistant director, Ramon Lozano, and others will share details from the organization's annual report.

Lozano said the report will entail what the PEDC has accomplished this year and the group's strategic plans and goals for the coming year.

Obviously, the luncheon is open to chamber members, but it's also open to others interested in becoming members or who are eager to learn more about Pearland businesses.

The lunch is $25 per person, and you can pay at the door.
