    C.J. Harris PTA buddies

Putting on a school carnival is a lot of work. But C.J. Harris Elementary School PTA secretary Carrie Dillie, left, and PTA treasurer Tanya Green were having fun selling tickets at the school's fall carnival on Friday.

The PTA was raising money to buy another set of swing sets for the school playground, which only has one.

Carnival chairman Kim Cunningham said that businesses are invited to help buy the swing set.

"Any business that wants to donate $500 or more will be on a permanent sign outside our playground saying they sponsored our playground," she said.
