Pearland police are seeking leads in this weekend's armed robbery of Pearland Food Market at 6000 Broadway.
Two men entered the store about 11 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, wearing gray sweaters and white masks covering their faces, Pearland police Lt. Onesimo Lopez said. The men, who also wore gloves, were described as being black males.
One of the men pulled a gun on the store clerk while the other grabbed the cash drawer from the register, and they fled the store.
A witness saw the suspects hop into the back seat of a light-colored, four-door sedan that sped from the scene, investigators said.
"It looks like there were three people (suspects) involved," Lopez said.
The case is under investigation and police had no active leads in the case as of Monday, he said.
Anyone with information about the robbery is urged to call Lopez at 281-652-1167.
